Meme time...

I stole this from kittydevereaux, and I’m bored, so here it goes.

Q: How long does your game take to load?
A: Probably about 20 minutes; less since I went through and cleaned out a bunch of CC that I never used.

Q: When making a sim, what do you prefer: adult male/adult female, teen male/teen female?
A: Usually adult females.

Q: How long does your body shop take to open?
A: 15 minutes, maybe.

Q: Do you make more sims in CAS or in body shop?
A: CAS. I know body shop is better, because you have more sliders and it saves a copy of your sim, but when I want to play, it’s easier to just crank a character out in CAS.

Q: Whats your favorite hair color to put on your sims?
A: I love redheads.

Q: How many babies have your sims ever had from one set of parents?
A: I think six is the max I’ve done. Lots and lots of cheesecake.

Q: How often do you experience a glitch?
A: I haven’t noticed one in a while.

Q: Do you make your sims, straight/gay/bi/lesbian, very often?
A: I’m doing a historical legacy right now, so none. I have done it in the past with more modern families.

Q: Does your neighborhood have a theme?
A: It started out as colonial Massimchusetts, and has moved through the regency period, Civil War era, and generation 4 will be Victorians.

Q: How many downloads do you have in your game?
A: A lot. And it’s all very neatly organized in subfolders (OCD, anyone?)

Q: Who is your favorite CC body shop creator (meaning: skins, eyes, hair, make-up ect)
A: For clothes, I love Judie from All About Style (I miss her Sims 2 creations). I like the default eyes and skins (scandalous, I know), but for hair I’m partial to Nouk and Dustfinger. I like the maxis-matchy stuff.

Q: Who is your favorite CC creator for build and buy.
A: Can’t live without Phoenix_Pharie’s (I think that’s how you spell it) Georgian doors and windows, and I really like a lot of CashCrafts’ stuff.

Q: How often do you play the sims?
A: I pretty much play all day on Saturdays and Sundays (I have no life). Then I write my stories during the week.

Q: Do you watch sims machinama? (sims movies)
A: Nope.

Q: Do you read stories/comics made with the sims?
A: I have a few legacies that I follows, and the spin-off stories (BC, AC) that come with them.

Q: What expansion packs do you have?
A: I own all of them, and currently, all are installed except Pets. The get-a-pet want panel spam drove me NUTS, even with a hack to prevent it, and the darn strays annoyed me. And my computer had no room. But I’ve recently made some upgrades, and I’ debating putting it back in. Probably not until the legacy is over.

Q: What are you views on building and decorating?
A: I’m not a fan of building, but I’ve had to for some of the lots that I created for my story. Decorating I can do, mostly because I revamp the houses in the lot bin.

Q: What is some body shop CC that you tend to over use?
A: Almost all of the hair I’ve be using so far is CC. Maxis just doesn’t have good updos for women, and that is how people used to wear their hair.

Q: How often do you need to use “Familyfunds”?
A: Main house, never. Spares, occasionally and depending on the circumstances. Most of them are a few generations along now, and they have more than enough cash to go around.

Q: Do you like doll sims?
A: No, they’re freaky.

Q: have you ever killed your sim(s) for the fun of it?
A: It’s not fun to kill my simmies. I cried buckets when I had to kill Horace (who’s Horace? Go read my legacy. Shameless self-pimping over now). The only sim that might have been fun to kill would have been Nicole Thompson (selfish spoiled thing she was), and I just made sure she elderfied in the low green. She didn’t live long after that.

Q: how old are you? And When did you start playing?
A: 30 (That gets easier each time I say it). I’ve been playing Sims 2 since I was about 24, and Sims 1 for a few years before that.

Q: Do you ever base a sims family after your own home life?
A: My simself is in the game, but mostly so she can wander around the neighborhood. I don’t go into her house unless I need to update the outfit she’s wearing.

My only complaint about CashCraft is that a lot of the objects don't have all the interation added in by later stuff packs (like the bookcases not having the Free Time skills). I ended up deleting a lot of that stuff for that reason.

Yeah, family tend to do that...but when you're single and not really looking, you have lots of free time.

Nicole was the only sim I ever wanted to kill. But she's gone now, and I will never marry her into my families again.
